Returns & Refund Policy
At Cozy in Christ, each garment is crafted with care and intention. Because every piece is made in limited quantities, all purchases are final unless your item arrives defective or faulty.
We’re unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or personal preference — instead, we offer Fit Assurance to help you find your perfect fit (see below).
If your item arrives defective, please reach out within 5 days of delivery at info@cozyinchrist.store.
To help us assist you quickly, include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Please note:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
Once your claim is approved, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cozy in Christ reserves the right to inspect and determine eligibility for all claims.

This policy exists to support you in the rare case of a genuine sizing issue — where a garment is unwearable or clearly not as intended. It also helps us maintain a fair and sustainable approach for all customers, ensuring that each piece retains its integrity and purpose.
If you believe your item qualifies under Fit Assurance, please contact us at info@cozyinchrist.store with your order number and clear photos of the garment worn or laid flat for assessment.
Our team will carefully review your claim and guide you through the next steps with care.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. All orders are shipped within 2 business days after placing it. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

HOW DO YOU DESIGN YOUR PIECES?
At Cozy in Christ, every piece begins with Scripture, not sketches.
We start by sitting with a passage, reflecting on its meaning, and asking how its truth can be worn, not just read. Each design is a translation of the Word into form, through texture, silhouette, and symbolism.
From there, we explore how the message can live in the details: a woven verse on the tag, a crown of thorns subtly stitched into the seam, or the gentle weight of fabric that reminds you of peace and purpose.
Every thread carries intention, a story of faith, humility, and hope.
Our process is both creative and devotional. We don’t design to follow trends; we design to honour Christ and to remind the wearer that they are chosen, loved, and set apart.
Each garment is prayed over, refined with care, and produced in limited quantities to protect its meaning, because our goal is not mass production, but meaningful creation. That is why we have limited drops.
